At Kershaw Surveyors much of our work is repeat business. As we undertake our work; whether it be Building Surveys, dilapidations or projects, we develop an intimate knowledge of how the buildings we work on are built and the condition of the buildings. This allows us to be able to offer other complimentary services such as Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules. Although we often do similar types of work or reports, we will provide a specific scope of work for each project/commission to ensure that the Client understands what we will provide rather than a generic specification for a type of work.
