Kershaw Surveyors is a small Building Surveying practice headquartered on no. 1 King Street, Manchester and share an office with our larger sister company, WT Gunson. WT Gunson are themselves one of the oldest real estate consultants recently celebrating their 150th anniversary. Kershaws did in the same year celebrate their 40th anniversary and continue to grow from strength to strength as we look forward to the next 40 years of business.

Kershaw Surveyors work with an enviable list of Clients across a wide variety of sectors and projects. We undertake a blend of traditional building surveying such as defect analysis and recommendations, Building Surveys, schedule of dilapidations as well as a large range of project. We specialize in Part 35 Housing Disrepair expert witness reports and have a small team designated to deliver these for a range of our Clients.

We work on projects big and small from several critical repairs to apartments in Didsbury, roofing replacements to residential blocks to a 110,000 ft new build warehouse in Chesterfield and everything in between. Our team is made up of very experienced Building Surveyors mostly Chartered with a keen eye for detail. We also have an up and coming Apprentice as part of our team and an admin team to support the technical team.
