Anthony is an associate member of the RICS, one of our Building Surveyors, specialising in Housing Disrepair claims. He has 23 years’ experience in all aspects of building pathology, defect analysis and damp investigation allowing him to provide detailed and specified housing disrepair reports. He has worked for Manchester City council, several large building and civil engineering contractors as a site manager and for the bank as a valuation surveyor. Anthony has undertaken thousands of expert witness inspections and reports.
