We were instructed by our long time Client to prepare a terminal schedule of dilapidations to an office and call centre to a large health centre in Chesterfield. We attended site to inspect the premises and prepare a schedule of dilapidations. We negotiated the schedule and agreed a settlement figure and documented the agreement with the tenant and settled the matter.
