Phased re-roofing works at a four-storey apartment block in Greater Manchester
We have been instructed to carry out over-roofing of the existing flat roof areas as part of a phased re-roofing plan of the 4-storey apartment block. The work was designed and tendered around locally qualified contractors and the work was completed for the first phase in mid 2022. A second phase of work has now been completed and only one further phase remains to be completed.
The existing fascias were replaced whilst access was available.
