Phased re-roofing works at a four-storey apartment block in Greater Manchester

We have been instructed to carry out over roofing of the existing flat roof areas as part of a phased re-roofing plan of the 4 storey apartment block. The work was designed and tendered around locally qualified contractors and the work was completed. A second phase of work is planned and will be completed in early 2025. The existing fascias were replaced whilst access was available.
