Replacement roof covering with insurance-backed guarantee on a new roof deck to a residential apartment block in Stockport
We were commissioned by the management company of a residential block in Bramhall to undertake a re-roofing project, working to a Bauder flat board specification.
The works included the removal of the existing roof, replacement of the original Stramit deck with a new plywood deck and building up a new roof system in accordance with a Bauder flat board specification.
Our responsibilities including acting as Principal Designer, Project Manager & Contract Administrator. We worked alongside the Main Contractor and Bauder’s technical representatives to ensure the project was delivered to specification. Throughout the process, we provided end-end technical advice on behalf of our client, managing all aspects from tender to completion.
An additional phase of re-roofing is expected once further funding has been secured by the Management Company.
