Replacement badly corroded integral gutters and damaged cladding to a large warehouse in Bury
We were instructed by our Client to replace the heavily corroded integral gutters on one of their leased warehouses in Bury. We were working with our sister company WT Gunsons who were helping to re-gear the lease for the tenant and the works were required as part of this. The gutters were replaced with new steel gutters with a liner and guarantee and the wall cladding was replaced with new plastisol coated corrugated steel composite panelling.
The gutters were designed to ensure they could adequately manage the rainwater run-off from the roof and the rainwater pipes sized to ensure they could transport the rainwater to the below ground drainage.
