Planned preventative maintenance programming for a portfolio of mixed-use property
We were commissioned by the owner of a large portfolio of property to undertake inspections of the external and communal areas of their leased buildings. From these inspections, costed repair schedules were prepared over a 10-year timeline to enable sinking funds to be put in place to pay for the repairs. This prioritises repairs on each building and between buildings to maximise the effect of the funding available.
