We were instructed by the Landlord to undertake an interim schedule of dilapidations on the property. This involved a detailed inspection and a review of the statutory testing that had been carried out. An interim schedule of dilapidations was carried out and issued to the tenant, and an action plan to remedy the breaches was agreed with the tenant.
