Planned preventative maintenance survey and report for a large multi-block residential housing development in South Manchester

We were instructed by the management company of a residential complex in Didsbury to undertake a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) survey focused specifically on the roofs of seven apartment blocks. This survey provided a record of the current condition of the roofs and identified both urgent and longer-term repair needs. They allowed a bespoke 10-year planned maintenance programme to be developed, enabling our client to effectively prioritise and allocate repair and maintenance spending.

As a result, our client is better equipped to proactively manage future repair and maintenance needs with confidence. Following the completion of the PPM surveys, we have instructed contractors on behalf of the management company to carry out some of the recommended urgent repair works.
