Development monitoring provided for a new 111,000sq ft purpose designed Horizon 29 warehouse
We were instructed by our long-standing Client to provide development monitoring for a new 111,000sq ft purpose designed warehouse which is being used for storage and dispatch as well as a Headquarter office to the first floor area. We worked with the Client, Developer and Main Contractor to agree a detailed specification for the work which was delivered as a design and build project.
We monitored works on site and supported the Client from a technical perspective throughout the project, evaluating extra costs/delays and providing advice for the build, attendance at progress meetings and during the completion phases to agree snags. We also supported the Client with their fitout within the warehouse itself by managing the consultant team & contractor to deliver this additional project.
