Schedule of condition for two individual floors of Highgate Surgery
We were asked by our Client to put together a schedule of condition for two individual floors of a health centre that were being leased from the NHS Corporate landlord. We visited site and undertook a photographic schedule of condition, identifying the condition of the spaces within the properties and identifying existing defects. We provided a photographic report classifying the condition of the property at the time of inspection.
