Schedule of condition provided to Heaton Norris Medical Centre
We were asked by our Client to put together a schedule of condition for a detached health centre which was being leased by an NHS Corporate landlord. We visited site and undertook a photographic schedule of condition identifying the condition of the spaces within the properties and identifying existing defects. We provided a report classifying the condition of the property which included a photographic report for the internal repairs only as the Landlord was responsible for the external envelope/areas.
