Long term support provided to Former Fallowfield library

We have been instructed three times on this building to support the Client over recent years to provide the following reports to allow them to proceed with a long-term commitment to the building.

  • Building Survey to provide potential current and upcoming repairs along with budget costs for the works.

  • A schedule of condition to be appended to a lease to provide a snapshot of the condition of the building at lease commencement.

  • As part of the above, a drone survey was carried out to provide information on high level areas. We also provided a sketch scheme for alterations to the first floor areas to adapt the accommodation and provided advice and costings for the work.
