Building Survey completed at Ela Mill in Bury
We were instructed by the tenant to undertake a building survey of the mill building as a review of the lease was being undertaken and the tenant was trying to provide a snapshot of the condition of the building to support discussions. We surveyed the whole building and provided advice on condition of the building itself, the external envelope and the building services.
We were able to access the roof from within the building so we inspected the roof and provided a report which the Client used in their negotiations.
