Building survey completed to a warehouse in Irlam
We were instructed by our Client to undertake a Building Survey of a warehouse in Irlam. We provided a report for our Client which assessed the property’s condition, identified any defects, and provided costs to repair the defects. The report also commented on the previous tenants works which included building offices within the existing warehouse area. We used our drone mounted camera to survey the roof and gutter areas and were able to identify areas where the rear gutter was leaking.
