We were instructed by the owner of a 3 storey residential apartment block in Greater Manchester to replace the roof covering .

We acted as Project Manager, Principal Designer, Contract Administrator & provided Quantity Surveying Services for the re-covering of the roof, upgrading insulation and replacing velux rooflights.

The project involved replacing the existing damaged and failed roof covering with an alloy sheet hardwearing slate-look roof covering that has a 40 year guarantee. We also replaced the existing centre-pivot Velux roof windows with new, solar powered roof windows. We replaced the rainwater gutters and rainwater pipes and overclad the existing bargeboards.
