Pre-acquisition Building Survey of a retail unit with warehouse and yard

We were commissioned by the potential purchaser of a large mixed-use property on a large plot. The property had a large display area with an office and reception attached as well as a warehouse & yard to the rear. We carried out our survey and undertook a drone survey and provided key insight for the Client on this unusual property to help them decide on the transaction.
