Fire reinstatement works to two fast food outlets in Newcastle under Lyme
We were instructed by the Landlord of a pair of shops on a parade in Newcastle under Lyme to reinstate them after a fire. We co-ordinated with the Landlord’s insurers and their Loss Adjuster to refurbish the shells of the shops and externally as well as smaller works in the Apartments above. We liaised with the Local Planning Authority and with Building Control and submitted and completed the Building Regulations approval. The project finished earlier than expected and the final account was well under budget.
The tenant can now complete their fit out of their cooking equipment and stock and begin trading again.
