Insurance work completed as a result of mechanical damage to this Grade II listed building
We were requested by the Landlord on behalf of the Tenant to undertake some insurance work as a result of mechanical damage to this Grade II listed building. We visited site and surveyed the property, prepared drawings and applied for Listed Building Consent from the local authority.
Once this is granted, we will undertake the repairs to the building and undertake tenant repairs to the external of the building whilst access is available.
