Mark is the Head of Building Consultancy and has been a Chartered Building Surveyor since 2005. Mark has worked in the public and private sector with particular experience in Healthcare and Education. Mark has worked internationally for 5 years in Abu Dhabi as a Project Director and Head of Commercial delivering high value projects such as large housing schemes and hotels. Mark is experienced in negotiating dilapidations claims, in the preparation of schedules and commercial surveys as well as Project Management of multi-disciplinary design teams & the Principal Designer role. Mark is also an Assessor for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
