Facilitated release of outstanding apartment warranties at residential development in Central Manchester
We were instructed by a property developer to support them technically to facilitate the release of outstanding apartment warranties to a 14-storey apartment complex in Manchester City Centre. There were a number of issues that required investigation which included minor snagging works, drainage approval and interpreting construction details for the warranty provided. These issues were discussed and presented for re-approval and after working hard as a team together, the work was concluded with the guarantees being agreed and issued.
