We were instructed on behalf of the Landlord to serve a schedule of dilapidations on the outgoing tenant, who were operating as an electronics shop. The schedule required the outgoing tenant to remove the existing shop fittings for an electronics shop and ensure the property was returned to the Landlord in line with the lease covenants. This involved the removal of branded shop fittings, ensuring all of the statutory compliance items were completed and that the unit was ready to be re-let.
