Building surveyor’s opinion on Bowsall Court property in Salford
We were asked by a new Client to provide a Building Surveyor’s opinion on a property in Salford. The property was exhibiting problems of damp ingress that were causing problems internally and that the original developer was responsible for.
We inspected the property and issued a report on the problem that related to a failed movement joint with recommendations to resolve the problem and a budget cost for remedying the problem. There was also a problem by the entrance door and some salting to the external walls. We explored the issue and provided a repair strategy and costing for the Client to table with the original developer.
