Kershaw Surveyors have a long history of providing tailored professional services and building advice to a wide array of property professionals, owners and landlords.  Our team of experienced Building Surveyors provide bespoke advice to remedy problems with buildings, to provide insight for decision making or to manage projects to maintain or improve buildings of all types.

Kershaw Surveyors was formerly known as John Kershaw Chartered Surveyors, which was founded by John Kershaw in 1983. In 2015, John Kershaw Chartered Surveyors became a limited company, Kershaw Surveyors Limited. More recently in 2021, Kershaw Surveyors Limited became part of WT Gunson, who themselves were founded by William Telford Gunson back in 1873, to provide a wide range of services for a variety of clients.

In 2023 we celebrated our 40th Anniversary. The business continues to grow and provide a wide range of professional services from Project Management, dilapidations advice and part 35 compliant housing disrepair expert witness reports. We look forward to working closely with our Clients to meet the challenges of the the next 40 years and beyond.
